Kentmare Ventures (Business No. BN-8DSZ333K, Nairobi, Kenya) collects and uses a limited amount of personal data to process your order and operate this website.

1. What we collect

Order details: name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and the items you purchase.
Payment data: we never see or store your full card number, M-Pesa PIN, or crypto wallet private keys. Payment is handled entirely by NOWPayments, our third-party payment processor, which shares with us only the confirmation, amount, and a payment reference.
Technical data: basic device and browser information collected automatically for security and to keep the site working correctly.

2. How we use it

To fulfil and deliver your order and communicate with you about it.
To detect and prevent fraud, in line with the requirements of our payment processor.
To meet legal and tax record-keeping obligations under Kenyan law.

3. Who we share it with

We share order and payment information with NOWPayments (payment processing), our delivery/courier partners (to fulfil shipping), and Kenyan tax authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to resolve disputes, meet tax obligations, and comply with Kenyan law, typically up to seven years for financial records.

5. Your rights

6. Cookies

This site uses your browser's local storage to remember the contents of your shopping cart. This is not shared with third parties and is cleared when you clear your browser data.
